Fall Recruiting
We assess candidates based upon a variety of academic and personal accomplishments that indicate future success. Our goal is to hire capable lawyers from all races, religions, ethnic backgrounds and national origins. While academic credentials are an important component in considering a candidate's potential for professional excellence and success, we also look for candidates who are excited about the prospect of practicing law and who possess integrity and creativity, show initiative and motivation, and demonstrate a desire to serve the public interest and participate in civic and charitable activities.
Our hiring process for our Summer Associate Program begins in the Fall. We conduct on-campus interviews and participate in group resume collection for second-year students at various law schools through their career services offices. We also encourage submission of individual resumes from second-year candidates at any law school. An applicant should provide a writing sample and transcript at the on-campus interviews or with submission of his or her resume.
